7:35 to 7:40 p.m. – VOTE Liliana Monroy – 740 Saratoga Street, add living space in the basement to the 1st floor apartment.
7:45 – 8:00 p.m. – Jeff Drago, Esq., 181 Cowper St, seeking to demolish the existing structure and erecting a three-story Residential building with nine units and 14 parking spaces.
8:05 – 8:15 p.m. – VOTE Richard Lynds, Esq., 3 Walley Street, Proposal to demolish the existing two (2) family dwelling and erect an 8 Unit residential dwelling.
8:15 – 8:30 p.m. –Richard Lynds, Esq., 2 Ford Street -Proposal to demolish an existing auto repair shop, combine lots creating a new lot containing 9,417 square feet and erect a four-story, mixed-use structure containing 27 residential units (including 4 IDP Units), 1,590 square feet of retail at the ground level, and 23 garage parking spaces. Project will be subject to Article 80E-2 (Small Project Review).Agenda is subject to change.
