Angelo ‘Blondy’ Pelosi
Former East Boston resident
Angelo “Blondy” Pelosi, formerly of East Boston, Medford and Hollywood, Florida, died peacefully in Saugus, August 3. He was 90 years old.
Angelo attended East Boston High and served in the U.S. Navy.
He was the husband of the late Ellen (Gregis) Pelosi, son of the late Michael and Agnes (DiPietro) Pelos and brother of the late Palmena “Pam” Pelosi and Louis “Red” Pelosi. He is survived by his son, Paul Pelosi, and his wife, Loretta, three grandchildren: Jamie, Randy and Bridget and several great grandchildren. Angelo was also a great-great grandfather. He was lovingly cared for and is survived by his nieces, Andrea Pizzotti and Christine Meninno and his nephews, Michael and Louis Pelosi and his sister-in-law, Rita (Iavicoli) Pelosi.
A private burial was held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
