Anthony Scarpa

Of Wakefield

Anthony N. Scarpa of Wakefield passed away on May 8. He was 29 years old.

The cherished son of Linda (Indelicato) Scarpa and Nazzaro “Ralph” Scarpa, he was the loving father of Nicholas Anthony Scarpa of Wakefield and his mother Lauren Vara; adored grandson of Louise Indelicato and the late George Indelicato, Carmine F. and Mary Scarpa; dear brother of Nicole M. and Steven Scarpa of Wakefield and Michael Rincones of Texas. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends will honor Anthony’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach St., Revere today, Wednesday, May 13 from 4 to 8 p.m. with a Funeral Service to be celebrated in our Chapel of the Resurrection at 7:30 p.m. Committal service is private. Louise Bruno

Of Revere, formerly of East Boston

Louise (Fuccillo) Bruno of Revere, formerly of East Boston, passed away on May 8.

She was the beloved wife of Joseph Bruno of Revere, devoted mother of Joanne A. Salza and her husband, Glenn of East Boston and Carol Ann Gill of Winthrop; dear sister of Emma Linda Hascall of Revere and the late Carol Pagliuca, Annette Valenti, Margy Falsini, Edythe Fuccillo and Carl Fuccillo Jr.; cherished grandmother of Marianne, James and Gregory and is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral will be held from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons~Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere St., Revere on Friday, May 15 at 10 a.m. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anthony’s Church at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Michael Carrafiello

Of East Boston

Michael P. Carrafiello died unexpectedly in East Boston on May 10.

He was the beloved father of Damon Attardo and his fiancee, Ali Eflman; brother of Robert Carrafiello and his fiancee, Diane Pagano and Lorraine Nazarian and grandfather of Payton Lee Attardo.

His Funeral will be held from the Magrath Funeral Home, 325 Chelsea St. [at Day Sq] East Boston on Friday, May 15, at 12:30 p.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, 45 Brooks St., East Boston at 1 p.m.. Jennie D’Amico

Worked for CIA, National Security Administration and at the White House in the Nixon, Ford and administrations and later

at Harvard University

Jennie M. D’Amico of East Boston, formerly of Virginia died on May 5.

Jennie was a CCD instructor at Sacred Heart Church and also published the weekly Bulletin for St Mary Star of the Sea Church. She worked for over 25 years as an Administrative Assistant for the CIA, National Security Council and the White House in the administrations of Presidents Nixon, Regan and Ford. After retiring from the White House Jennie, she went to work for Harvard University.

She was the loving daughter of the late Pasquale and Delia (Mazza)D’Amico; dear sister of the late Ralph D;Amico, Anna Whitaker, Theresa Thornton and Vincent D’Amico; cherished aunt of Marianne Doyle of New Hampshire, Delores McLaughlin of Cotuit, Patricia Bourquin of Arizona, Maianne Covino of East Boston, Judy Fenerty of Winthrop and the late James Whitaker and Susan Leone. She is also survived by  many adored nieces and nephews.

Phillip Longo

Of Revere

Phillip J. Longo of Revere passed away on May 1. He was 27 years old.

He was the cherished son of Maria (Gentile) and Phillip V. Longo; beloved grandson of the late Rose and Joseph Gentile and Doris and Vincent Longo; loving brother of Danielle and Gabrielle Longo; adored nephew of Michael Gentile and his wife, Amy, Carol Longo and her companion, Michael Narbonne, the late Phillip Gentile and great nephew of Fannie Giardina and the late Gaetano “Guy” Giardina; caring cousin of Michael, Ryann, Joseph, Austin, Pamela, Joseph, Ashley, Joe, Brenda, Peter, John and Taylor.
