For the second year in a row, the City of Boston and Summer on the Waterfront are holding Boston Harbor fireworks at 9 pm on the Saturday night of Labor Day Weekend. Lead sponsor Boston Harbor Cruises and supporting sponsors the Boston Harbor Hotel, the Boston Globe and the City of Boston are generously underwriting the event.
The professional fireworks display is a highlight of the Boston Arts Festival and the finale of the three-month-long Summer on the Waterfront. The fireworks will be produced by Atlas PyroVision, which also produces Boston’s July 4th and First Night fireworks. The fireworks barge will be moored off Fan Pier on the South Boston Seaport.
