John Giberti of East Boston, formerly of Revere, passed away October 11 at Mass General Hospital. He was 63 years old.
He is survived by his sons Neal Giberti of Vermont and Jason Giberti (Medeia Cohan) of London, England, his grandson, Locklan Giberti; his brothers, Richard (Joyce), Ronald, Stephen and James (Kristen Smith); his former wife, Marjorie Carozza and his friend, Cheryl Berrio. John was preceded in death by his parents, Eleanor (O’Brien) and Harold Giberti, a brother Robert Giberti and sisters in law Carol and Mary Giberti.

Volunteered countiless hours to assure East Boston residents would have a better quality of life
Sandra Lee (Beamer) Ciccia of East Boston died unexpectedly on October 16 at the age of 52.
Sandy was a lifelong East Boston resident and was involved and volunteered countless hours in many activities working hard so that the residents of East Boston would have a better quality of life.
The loving daughter of Richard L. Beamer, Sr. and Alice (McDonald) Beamer, she was the beloved wife of Joseph Ciccia, Sr.; devoted mother of Tara Lee, Lauren and Joseph Ciccia, Jr.; dear sister of Michael Beamer, Joanne Bono, Patricia Giovanniello, Richard Beamer, Jr. and Eleanor M Beamer; adored grandmother “MeMa” of McKenzie and Liana and is also survived by her cherished aunts, uncles, neices, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends will honor Sandy’s life by gathering today, Wednesday, October 21 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St., (Orient Heights) East Boston and again at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday morning before leaving in procession to Sacred Heart Church, East Boston for a Funeral Mass in celebration of Sandy’s life at 10 a.m. For complimentary transportation to and from the funeral home please call 617 569 0990.
