Stephen Scire, of Sammy Carlo’s Delicatessen & Catering, was picked to be the “Elf of the Year” by the Madaro Foundation for his never-ending generosity to the foundation and the community of East Boston. Scire was presented the Albert “Junior” Lombardi Community Service Award for his dedication by Rita Lombardi and Ariel and Representative Adrian Madaro from the Madaro Foundation.
