Marie (DeSciscio) Ciccio, 95, of East Boston passed away on September 13. The beloved wife of the late Paul DiCiccio, she was the loving mother of Anny DiCiccio, David DiCiccio and her late son, Victor DiCiccio; loving sister and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Marie was a Store Manager at Alberts Hosiery in downtown Boston. Along with her bestie, Ann P. she was involved with the City of Boston Elderly Commission, Boston’s Never Too Late group, Grubb Street’s Memoir Project. Marie campaigned for a new Orient Heights Senior Center and submitted artwork for the City of Boston’s Senior Art Project. An amazing cook, baker, she was happiest caring for her family.
Lover of Jazz and ballroom music, and her Frankie Sinatra. Our mom gave us a magical, fun childhood which we carry with us every day. Please join us in honoring the lives of both Marie and our dad Paul DiCiccio, who passed during Covid.
