Matriculates into Hamilton College
Clarissa Hurley of East Boston recently matriculated as first-year students at Hamilton College:
Hurley is a graduate of Middlesex School.
They were selected from a pool of 8,339 applicants to the college, and join a class of 474.
Originally founded in 1793 as the Hamilton-Oneida Academy, Hamilton College offers an open curriculum that gives students the freedom to shape their own liberal arts education within a research- and writing-intensive framework. Sepulveda Graduates Basic Training
U.S. Air Force Airman Kevin A. Sepulveda graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Sepulveda is the son of Marllin M. Ospina of East Boston, Mass.
He is a 2019 graduate of Charlestown High School, Charlestown, Mass.
