Dorothy Mansfield

Dorothy (Torrey) Mansfield of East Boston died peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on May 26.
The beloved wife of the late William Mansfield, she was the devoted mother of Kathleen Payzra and Sarah Ann Chiouchiolo, cherished grandmother of six and great grandmother of five and is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor Dorothy’s life by gathering on Saturday, June 4 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St. (Orient Heights) East Boston for a celebration of Dorothy’s life.

Mary Grace Amundson
Retired accountant
Mary Grace (LoCalzo) Amundson, formerly of East Boston and Holliston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 26 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in 1927 in East Boston to Angelo (Antonio) and Carmella (Cappelluzzo) LoCalzo, Mary graduated from Girls High School in Boston in 1945. She spent her career in Accounting at Jordan Marsh and Sheraton Corp. in Boston.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Elise Woodard and her husband, James of Winchester, her son Anthony (Tony) Amundson and his wife, Martine of Brewster; grandchildren Alyssa (Amundson) Lamora and her husband, Ben, Richard Amundson, Elizabeth and Alexander Woodard, and great grandsons Leo and Isaac LaMora.
Mary loved traveling, reading, watching old movies, art, music and taking photos, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Known as “GramMary” to all those who knew and loved her, she will always be remembered for her loving kindness and willingness to help others.
Special thanks to Epoch Senior Living of Brewster, MA. who lovingly cared for Mary while she lived there.

Darlene A. DiMarzo of East Boston died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on May 24.
She was the loving daughter of Mary Grace (Stefano) DiMarzo of East Boston and Joseph DiMarzo of Revere, devoted mother of Joseph and Erika DiMarzo of East Boston, devoted sister of Dominic DiMarzo of East.Boston, cherished grandmother of Mikaila, adored aunt of Dena, Dominic and Dyan, fond great aunt of Deanna and dear sister in law of Donna.

Rose M. “Rosie” (Spolsino) Fiorino of East Boston, passed away May 29. She was 87 years old.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Fiorino; loving mother of Doreen Fiorino and Joseph Fiorino and his wife, Anne–Maria, all of East Boston; cherished grandmother of Danielle Petrosino and her fiancé, Nate Raper DJ Petrosino and her close canine companion, Elvis, all of East Boston; dear sister of Mary Venezia of Florida and the late Angie Ferro, Anthony, Peter and Nicholas Spolsino. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor Rose’s life by gathering in Vazza’ “Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach Street Revere today, Wednesday, June 1 from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 9 a.m. Thursday morning before leaving in procession to the Immaculate Conception Church, Revere for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in her name at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St Mary Cemetery, Lynn.
