Last Sunday morning the East Boston Athletic Board held the first Steps for Scholarships event at the East Boston Stadium. The funds raised will all go directly to East Boston resident students. Tee shirts, pizza, slush, and the Boston Police Department sponsored free ice cream for all to enjoy as well, made the event a very successful venture for the board and the students.
