Harbor View Neighborhood Association Agenda
Reminder this is an In Person only meeting. It will be passively streamed on Facebook for recording purposes only. No comments, no attendance and no voting will be available on line for this September meeting.
The next meeting of the Harbor View Neighborhood Association will be on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 6pm. The rain date will be on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 6pm.
Please note that the meeting will be in person only at the Salesian Boys and Girls Club Parking Lot, across from the Brooke Charter School on Byron Street.
The in person only meeting will allow us to continue to work on the technical issues with the online presentation complained of in our last meeting. It is very challenging to do a live in person presentation while also doing Zoom and Facebook. We ask for your patience and understanding.
Our interpreter, Ricardo, will be present for our Spanish members.

68 Horace Street 2nd Presentation and VOTE. Owner Whitney Zelee proposes to renovate existing attic bathroom and frame new bedroom and closets per drawing. (15min)
184 Cowper Street 2nd Presentation and VOTE. Attorney Richard Lynds for owner 184 Cowper Nominee Trust.
Proposal is to demolish an existing 2 family home and build a 3 story 8 Unit dwelling. (25min)
