District Seven Police Report

October 15, 2017

Around 6:30pm a resident of 810 Border Street reports that while answering a knock at the door a suspect (Unknown if male or female due to the suspect wearing a mask) forced their way into the apartment and removed $20.00 US Currency while armed with a knife. This incident is under investigation by Area A-7 Detectives.

October 16, 2017

Around 2:20am District Seven Officers responded to 159 Bennington for a report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. Upon arrival officers observed two victims with injuries. The suspect vehicle had fled the scene but was later located and the Operator a Hispanic male from East Boston was arrested and charged with ABDW(265-15A), AB(265-13A), Leaving the scene Personal Injury (90-24), Operating after revocation or suspension (90-23).

Around 10:30am in the area of 190 Brooks Street a resident reports that she had heard noises coming from the back of her bedroom. The victim then observed the suspect (a white male) cutting the screen around her rear window. The suspect upon realizing someone was home jumped down into the backyard and ran up the side alley back onto Brooks St. The victim stated that the suspect was wearing a baseball hat, a black sweatshirt, and black pants. The victim was unable to give and age, height, or weight of the suspect. The officer checked the rear of the building and found a ladder propped up against the wall under the first-floor window. The officer also observed the screen to be cut on two sides. This incident to be further investigated.

Around 5:15pm a male from East Boston was cited for unlawful possession of Class D Marijuana.

October 17, 2017

Around 11:30am a business at 317 Meridian Street reports that a dark-skinned male attempted to rob the store. The Suspect was described as a brown skinned male, about 5″09 with a heavy build and wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt (hood on) and black pants. The Suspect exited the store and fled outbound on Meridian Street. No property was taken. The Suspect did not display a weapon. This incident is under further investigation.

Around 10:15am a District Seven Officer while on Patrol observed a white homeless male sleeping in the rear of 30 Gove Street. The Suspect was placed under arrest and charged with Trespassing and a Violation of a Boston City Ordinance (Possession of a Crack Pipe).

October 18, 2017

About 08:20pm Officers responded to the area of 800 Border Street for a report of a large fight involving bats and knives. Upon arrival Officers observed several victims with various degrees of injuries (none life threatening). All victims were transported to area hospitals. Officer searched the area for possible suspects but yielded negative results. This incident to be further investigated.

October 19, 2017

Around 12:50am District Seven Officers responded to the area of 70 Falcon Street for a report of Gunshots. Upon arrival officers observes a motor vehicle parked in front of 63 Falcon Street with ballistic damage (No person(s) injured). Witnesses report a Gold colored sedan fleeing the area. Officers searched the area yielding negative results. This incident to be further investigated.

Around 7:15pm in the area of 280 Everett Street a Black male was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault & Battery.

October 20, 2017

Around 2:00am a resident of 99 London Street reports that she left for work at 3:00pm and when she returned home at around 1:00am she discovered that her basement apartment had been broken into. The resident reports that unknown person(s) removed an air conditioner from the window and entered the apartment. The following items were reported taken from the apartment: 2 Armani watches, 1 Guess watch, 1 Gtruck watch, 1 Mulco watch, 2 Ray Ban sunglasses, 1 gold colored ring and 100 dollars in US Currency. This incident to be further investigated.

October 21, 2017

Around 3:30 a White male from East Boston was arrested in the area of 800 Bennington Street after being stopped by District Seven Officers investigating car breaks in the area of Sea View Avenue. The suspect was positively identified and found to have in his possession several items belonging to the victims. The suspect was charged with Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle in the Nighttime.
