District Seven Police Report

October 1, 2017

Around 1:30am a Hispanic male from Revere Ma, was arrested and charged with Assault & Battery.

Around 5:15pm A Hispanic male from Revere Ma, was arrested in the area of Chelsea & Gove Street, East Boston and charged with Possession with intent to distribute Class D Marijuana within 100 Ft of a playground.

Around 6:00pm a White male from East Boston Ma, was arrested in front of District Seven and charged with Affray & Disorderly Conduct.

October 2, 2017

Around 1;20am a Hispanic male from Revere Ma, was arrested and charged with Operating without a License and Failure to Stop for a Police Officer.

Around 2:30am District Seven Officers responded for a report of a Robbery. Upon arrival the Officers were met by the Victim who stated after leaving a restaurant located at 259 Bennington Street, East Boston, he was punched in the nose and face by 3 unknown males wearing all black clothing. The suspects took his cell phone and $70 in currency. There was a group of males in front of 380 Chelsea Street who were interviewed by Officers yielding negative results.

Around 9:17pm a White male from Mystic CT, was arrested in the area of 195 Marion Street, East Boston on an outstanding Larceny warrant.

October 3, 2017

Around 12:00pm District Seven Officers responded to the area of 600 Saratoga Street, East Boston for a report of a Breaking & Entering. Upon arrival officers spoke to the caller who informed officers that she had called 911 because she believed that someone had been attempting to tamper with the lock on her front door. Officers asked the caller why she believed this and she stated that she could tell by looking at it and by attempting to insert her key. Officers observed no visible signs of tampering on the lock but did see that the caller had some trouble inserting her key. The caller stated she believed she knew who had been attempting to open the lock but refused to give officers any names or reason why a person would do so.

No Arrest.

October 4, 2017

Around 12:40pm a White Female from Brockton Ma, was arrested in the area of Sumner Street, East Boston on outstanding Larceny and Shoplifting Warrants.

A resident of East Boston reports that they parked their motor vehicle in the area of Bayswater Street and Lillian Street and when they returned to their vehicle they discovered their windshield wipers ripped off and a note on their windshield stating “do not park here go pay $5”.  This matter is being investigated by District Seven.

A Juvenile Hispanic male from East Boston was arrested in the area of 944 Bennington Street and charged with Operating While Unlicensed, Resisting Arrest, Assault and Battery on A Police Officer (With Injuries), Using A Motor Vehicle Without Authority and Open container of Alcohol.

October 7, 2017

Around 1:15am a White homeless male was arrested and charged with Assault & Battery.

Around 5:00pm a White male from East Boston Ma, was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence-Drugs.

Around 6:45pm a Hispanic male from East Boston Ma, was arrested and charged with Assault & Battery.

Around 8:00pm a White male from East Boston Ma, was arrested and charged with Unarmed Breaking & Entering.

October 8, 2017

Around 1:00am Officers responded to a report of a Loud Party at 45-47 Orleans Street, East Boston. Upon arrival while attempting to clear in excess of 50 Person(s) the Officers were assaulted by one of the partygoers who was promptly placed under arrest and charged with Assault & Battery on Police Officer.

Around 09:30pm a Hispanic male from Chelsea Ma and a Hispanic male from Medford Ma, were arrested in the area of Border Street and charged with Assault & Battery.
