Peter Pellecchia

Of Winthrop, formerly of East Boston

Peter A. Pellecchia of Winthrop, formerly of East Boston, passed away on February 11.

A US Navy veteran, he was the beloved husband of the late Barbara (Cerullo) Pellecchia; loving father of Pamela Console and her husband, Thomas of Winthrop, Jean Como and her husband, John of Florida, Joseph Pellecchia and his wife, Regina of Medford, Paul Pellecchia and his wife, Kelly of Winthrop, Tanya and her husband, Stephen Sikorski of Melrose and the late Peter A. Pellecchia Jr.; dear brother of Joseph “Dickie” Pellecchia and Robert Pellecchia, both of Malden; cherished grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of one.

Tommaso Pistone

Of East Boston

Tommaso Pistone of East Boston died on February 12.

He was the beloved husband of Giovanna (Corona) Pistone; beloved father of Carmelo Pistone and his wife, Linda of Revere, Mario Pistone and his wife, Josephine of Lynn, Salvatore Pistone and his wife, Bonnie of Mexico and Josephine Tamulynas and her husband, Charles of Pembroke; cherished grandfather of Christina, Gigi, Thomas, Frank, Salina, Deana, Salvatore, Lisa, and Charles and great-grandfather of Joseph, Tyler and Lucy. He was predeceased by three brothers.

His Funeral will be held from the Magrath Funeral Home, 325 Chelsea St., [at Day Sq.] East Boston on Saturday morning at 10 followed by a Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, Brooks Street, East Boston at 11 o’clock. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Marlene Iacoviello

Of Everett, formerly of East Boston

Marlene Iacoviello of Everett, formerly of East Boston, passed away on February 15. She was 52 years old.

She was the loving mother of Miranda Mugford of Everett; cherished daughter of the late Michael and Lois (McNeil) Iacoviello; dear sister of Michele Conti of Everett, Michael Iacoviello of Ft. Myers, Florida, Mark Iacoviello of New Jersey, and Matthew Iacoviello of Drexel Hill, PA and the loving companion of James D Mugford of Chelsea. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor Marlene’s life by gathering on Thursday, February 20, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the chapel of the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St., East Boston. A Funeral service in celebration of Marlene’s life will take place on Friday, February 21 at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, 50 Church St. (off Broadway) Everett, MA.(Please go directly to the Church.)
