Newly ordained Rev. Jose Montero (second from right) celebrated his first Mass on Saturday evening, May 20, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church. Earlier in the morning, he was among five priests ordained at Holy Cross Cathedral. He served his year as a deacon at the East Boston parish as well.
