Boston Logan Airport Launches BOS Rewards

Next time you travel through Logan, make sure to get your rewards. The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) recently launched BOS Rewards at Boston Logan International Airport, a free and secure passenger rewards, engagement, and customer experience enhancement program. Passengers who enroll in the program will earn points for rewards when they shop, dine, and park at Logan Airport or use Logan Express.

Passengers can enroll in the BOS Rewards program on the FlyLogan app or on BOSRewards.com free of charge, earn points whenever they make purchases, and then redeem those points for airline and hotel rewards, retail gift cards, rideshare credits, and other prizes. Enrolled passengers will also be awarded if they shop at any participating business, including those at other airports. The list of participating businesses can be found on BOS Rewards.com/earn. The launch of the BOS Rewards program is the latest installment in Massport’s overall plan to improve the customer experience at Logan Airport.

“We are constantly looking for ways to enhance the passenger experience at Logan by improving our facilities, increasing efficiency, and adding new technology,” said Massport Director of Aviation Ed Freni. “BOS Rewards is yet another way to benefit from using our FlyLogan app, which provides access to so many resources at Logan right at your fingertips.”

BOS Rewards also offers a charitable component and allows enrolled passengers to donate points to several organizations including the YMCA of East Boston, Boys and Girls Club of South Boston, The Base, Angel Flight Northeast and the Piers Park Sailing Center in East Boston. Organizations will receive donations through the program on a monthly basis.

Last fall, Massport unveiled FlyLogan, a new smart phone app for those traveling through Logan Airport. From the app, passengers can reserve a parking spot or purchase Logan Express tickets, get the latest info on flights, order food to go or delivered at their gate, and now enroll in the new BOS Rewards program. The app is available for free on any Apple or Android mobile device.

More information about the app can be found here: FlyLoganApp.
