300 Saratoga Cafe owners Robert Ciampi and new Executive Chef Willy Lopez (both center) cut the ribbon during a grand reopening of the restaurant on Saturday. The event marked the arrival of Chef Lopez who made a name for himself on the Boston culinary scene as the head chef of Il Panino in the North End.
