300 Saratoga Cafe owners Robert Ciampi and new Executive Chef Willy Lopez (both center) cut the ribbon during a grand reopening of the restaurant on Saturday. The event marked the arrival of Chef Lopez who made a name for himself on the Boston culinary scene as the head chef of Il Panino in the North End. Also shown are East Boston Main Streets Director Max Gruner, Mayoral Liaison Jose Garcia, Sen. Joseph Boncore, Chamber President Buddy Mangini, Rep. Adrian Madaro, former City Councilor Sal LaMattina as well as family and friends of both Ciampi and Lopez.
