The CATCH Program of the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center sponsored a Turkey give-away for families in the program.  CATCH is a special program of the Health Center’s Pediatrics Department that closely coordinates care for children with medically complex conditions.  Thanks to generous donations to the program, CATCH provided over 150 Turkeys to families in need for Thanksgiving.  Pictured above with her turkey is Concepcion Galdamez of East Boston, mom of Alex who is in the CATCH Program.
