Malden/East Boston Youth Hockey attended the Central Mass Winter Classic over the weekend and it was a great time. The Bantam AA team skated to a tournament championship!

Jake Simpson had 4 goals, Chris Cecca had 2 goals, and Ryan Jones had 1 goal. Lukas Deguire had 3 assists, Cristian Monge had 2 assists, Joe Hurley and Ryan Thomas had an assist apiece. Great defensive effort by Will Fosdick and excellent goaltending by Chris Hanifan.

Chris Cecca stayed hot scoring 3 goals, Jake Simpson had 2 goals and an assist, with Anthony Messina adding an assist. Chris Hanifan played well in goal stopping a dozen shots.

The Mites kept the game close holding Ludlow scoreless for the first period and a half. Strong defense by Will Fosdick, Jake Simpson, and Cristian Monge.
